Our client is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to join their Sydney team. This is a showroom-based role where you'll welcome clients, manage enquiries and leads, provide expert advice on premium curtains and blinds, and help customers bring their design vision to life. You'll also have the opportunity to support the business with social media and marketing. About the Role Working with homeowners, interior designers, and builders, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale, helping clients select premium window furnishing solutions. Responsibilities Welcome and assist showroom visitors. Manage phone, email, and online enquiries. Follow up leads and convert sales. Advise clients on curtains, blinds, fabrics, and finishes. Prepare quotations and process orders. Coordinate projects with suppliers and installers. Maintain the showroom and support social media content. About You Experience in window furnishings, interiors, retail, or customer service. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proactive with a customer-first approach.
