About the Role: As the Test Coordinator – Business Systems, you will support functional testing from a business perspective across a mix of business-as-usual (BAU) changes, projects, upgrades, releases and integrations. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering quality testing outcomes by building a strong understanding of how Estia Health’s business systems support day-to-day operations and processes, translating business requirements into practical test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, maintaining test documentation, and providing clear reporting on testing progress, risks and issues. You’ll work closely with business users, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Analysts, IT teams, vendors and project stakeholders to build business understanding, support a practical, business-focussed testing approach, and proactively drive testing cycles forward to meet delivery timelines. We offer hybrid working, with 2 x office days based at our Head Office in Burnley. What you'll do: Coordinate and support functional testing activities from a business perspective across business systems for BAU and project-related changes Build knowledge of business processes and how systems support operational workflows Create and execute test scenarios based on business requirements and real-world use cases Support test readiness, including environments, access and test data Work closely with business teams, IT, vendors and project stakeholders to keep testing activities progressing and on schedule Maintain test scenarios, scripts, documentation and reporting in Azure DevOps Log, track and follow up defects through to resolution, including retesting and validation of fixes Provide clear updates on testing progress, risks, issues and release readiness Escalate risks or blockers early and follow through to resolution with the support of the team Contribute to improving testing practices, templates and tools What we're looking for (Essential): Demonstrated experience supporting or coordinating testing activities in a business systems or project delivery environment Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information, engage stakeholders and build effective working relationships across business users, IT teams and vendors Experience working with business requirements and process flows, and translating these into practical test scenarios and test execution Understanding of testing processes, including test preparation, execution, defect management, retesting and sign-off support Hands-on experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar platforms for test management, including test documentation, defect management, progress tracking and reporting Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on actions Proactive, practical and comfortable working with business stakeholders to keep testing activities progressing Desirable: Exposure to integration testing across multi-system environments Awareness of user access, identity management and access control concepts Experience working with business users in healthcare, aged care or similar operational environments What Great Ways of Working Look Like Here Owns outcomes and follows through with accountability Proactively takes a hands-on approach to support progress and keep things moving Shows genuine curiosity to understand how things work in practice Fosters strong relationships and collaborates across diverse teams This role suits someone who enjoys getting into the detail, understanding how systems support real-world workflows, and working with others to get to a practical outcome.
