Full-time permanent role - 9 day fortnight available Modern dental practice in the heart of Melbourne with 7-chairs and easy access to public transport options Support the centre leader and lead a team of dental assistants in a positive manner Assist with all aspects of running the dental practice smoothly Enjoy a supportive and dedicated team environment About your Duties and responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Leader, our wonderful team of Dentists and Dental Assistants and helping to ensure daily operations are delivered efficiently and effectively, which includes hands on, rostered shifts in Reception, Chairside or Steri. In addition to this you will support the Centre leader in other areas of running the clinic such as leadership to staff and: Stock control: Assist with managing stock ordering within budgeted allocations Reporting: Assist with reporting such as financial reporting and daily reconciliations Rostering: Assist with roster management to meet required ratios Team Leadership: Set the standard for behaviour and conduct, leading and training the team when needed Patient Experience: Ensure the highest standard of patient care, satisfaction, and safety. Your Skills and Attributes To succeed In this position you will need to be an energetic and true people leader with a business-savvy and problem solving nature. In addition to this: Significant experience in the dental industry and perhaps have led a team in a previous position Current Cert III or Cert IV in Dental Assistance or equivalent knowledge An ability to lead, motivate and build relationships easily Willingness to provide additional support in the clinic where possible during busy periods A proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and a desire for excellence!
