Job Description In this role, you’ll support the management of a key office asset in Bendigo for a major client. You’ll play a hands-on role in building strong local relationships while helping drive high standards across operations, presentation, and performance. This opportunity will suit someone who is comfortable working independently on-site while staying connected to a wider team, with a strong focus on day-to-day operations, forward planning, and client engagement. What you’ll be driving: Ensure building compliance and support continuous improvement of engineering standards across the asset Oversee the day-to-day presentation, security, maintenance, and safety of the property Support management of OPEX and CAPEX budgets, tracking performance against forecasts Act as a key local contact for the client, tenants, contractors, and internal teams Partner closely with Property Managers to deliver accurate and timely client reporting Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered effectively Qualifications Background in Facilities, Engineering, or Building Management within a commercial environment Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating with a broader team Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively Experience with computer-based building maintenance and management systems Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills Additional Information We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
