Your opportunity: At TPG Telecom, Vodafone Business is focused on delivering simple, flexible and competitive mobility solutions to Mid Market , Enterprise and Government customers across Australia. This role is accountable for acquiring new Mid Market customers and growing mobility revenue The Business Development Manager will lead with mobile-first solutions, helping medium businesses improve connectivity, productivity and Value creation . You will operate in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment, with a strong emphasis on prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing. Responsibilities: Drive net-new customer acquisition across the Mid Market segment. Identify and convert whitespace opportunities via cold outreach, referrals, partners and field activity and Networking. Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline to exceed sales targets. Sell Vodafone Business Mid Market mobility solutions, including: Business Mobile Plans (SIM-only and handset bundles). Data and shared plans. Basic device management/add-ons. MEM. Upsell and cross-sell adjacent services where relevant. Maintain accurate and timely updates in Salesforce CRM. Manage: Lead generation Opportunity progression Forecasting accuracy Deliver strong weekly activity metrics (calls, meetings, proposals, closes). Provide feedback on pricing, offers and customer trends. What you’ll bring: Resilient, competitive and target-driven. Experience in B2B or Mid Market sales (telco highly regarded). Proven success in: New business acquisition. Consistently achieving or exceeding targets. Experience selling: Mobile plans / telco / SaaS / high-volume solutions (preferred). Salesforce (or similar CRM). Ability to simplify solutions and sell value quickly. Confident in high-volume outbound prospecting. Strong closing skills in short sales cycles. What's in it for you?
