Backed by a proud history of innovation and architectural integrity, we are now seeking a strategic and driven Senior Development Manager to join our Apartment and Mixed-Use Development Team in NSW. The Role Reporting to the Project Director, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end delivery of large-scale residential apartment and mixed-use projects. From initial concept and planning through to execution and settlement, you will ensure our projects are delivered to the highest standards, meeting strategic targets, profitability, and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of medium to large-scale apartment developments, coordinating internal and external consultant teams. Financial Oversight: Drive project profitability through budgeting, cash-flow management, risk assessment, and detailed financial modelling (IRR, economic value added). Planning & Approvals: Direct the preparation of Concept Plans, Planning Proposals, and Development Applications (DAs). Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with Local Councils, government agencies, joint venture partners, and the community. Leadership: Mentor and develop junior project/development staff, fostering a culture of high performance and strong corporate governance. About You To succeed in this role, you bring expert knowledge of the property development cycle and a passion for premium residential architecture. Your background will include: Tertiary Qualifications: Property Development, Civil Engineering, Town Planning, Construction, Architecture, or Property Economics. Industry Experience: 5-7 years managing the delivery of medium to large-scale residential apartment developments from initiation to completion, with at least 1-3 years in a senior capacity. Full Lifecycle Expertise: Proven end-to-end experience in large multi-storey apartment projects. Commercial Acumen: Strong capability in financial feasibility, risk profiling, and securing project funding.
