Leading Professional Services Firm Excellent Career opportunities Above market salary Senior React Engineer (Contract) Customer-Facing Product | Sydney (Hybrid) | $900/day | 6-Month Contract We’re currently partnering with a leading organisation to deliver a next-generation customer portal and are looking to bring on React Engineers to help accelerate delivery. If you enjoy building high-quality, customer-facing applications and want to work on a product used by real customers at scale, this is an excellent opportunity to make a contribution. You’ll join a cross-functional product team working on a modern, cloud-based customer portal, enabling users to: View and manage their policies Access historical and current account details Submit and manage claims online This is a greenfield/modernisation-style build, with a strong focus on user experience, performance, and accessibility. Tech Stack Frontend: React (SPA), TypeScript Backend: .NET / C# (BFF layer – exposure beneficial) Cloud: AWS Other: HTML, CSS, responsive design, accessibility standards What You’ll Be Doing Build and enhance a single-page React application Deliver clean, responsive, and accessible UI components Integrate with backend APIs (BFF layer) Collaborate closely with: UX Designers Product Managers Engineers across frontend and backend Contribute to rapid delivery of key product features ahead of end-of-year deadlines Architecture is already defined — this role is hands-on delivery focused Must-Have Skills Strong commercial experience with React TypeScript Experience building customer-facing (external) applications Solid understanding of: HTML, CSS, responsive design Modern frontend best practices Experience working in product-driven environments Highly Regarded Exposure to .NET / C# backends Cloud experience (AWS preferred) Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) Note: Background and compliance checks required prior to onboarding Apply Now If you’re a React Engineer who enjoys building high-quality customer experiences and wants to contribute to a meaningful product, we’d love to hear from you.
