Our client, a Mining and Construction contractor, is seeking a Learning and Development administrator to play a key role in ensuring employee training records, compliance requirements, and development programs are effectively managed and maintained. This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving project management systems, supporting project teams with system and process guidance, and ensuring project data remains accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose. This temporary assignment has the possibility of extension or permanency for the right candidate and therefore we can only consider candidate with full working rights (Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship) Location: Osborne Park Start date: ASAP Duration: initially temporary for approx. 3 months with possible permanency Pay rate: $40ph Super This role will play You will be responsible for coordinating training activities, supporting onboarding processes, maintaining training systems, and providing high-quality administrative support to the wider HR function. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee training records and compliance data Manage training bookings and coordinate with external training providers Monitor and maintain learning management systems and training databases Track mandatory training requirements and follow up on outstanding training Prepare monthly training reports and statistical information Coordinate training sessions, including invitations, room bookings, catering, and logistics Raise purchase orders and process training-related invoices Support onboarding activities by assigning induction and compliance training Respond to employee enquiries regarding training records, bookings, and compliance requirements Assist with apprentice, graduate, and leadership development programs Support internal communications relating to learning and development initiatives About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in an administration or coordination role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records and reporting data Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive approach and commitment to delivering excellent customer service Experience within Learning & Development, HR, Training Coordination, or a similar environment will be highly regarded If you are interested in this role and fit the criteria, please apply online today - I look forward to hearing from you!
