The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with modern printing equipment, contribute to a fast-paced production environment, and develop their skills within a company that supports professional growth and career progression. Job responsibilities Prepare screens and stencils using computer-generated and manual methods. Select, mix and match inks to achieve required colours and print quality standards. Set up, operate and monitor screen-printing equipment and related production machinery. Load materials into printing presses and ensure accurate print alignment and consistency. Inspect printed products and carry out quality checks throughout the production process. Apply finishing and embellishment techniques to printed products where required. Load printed items into drying racks and stack finished products for dispatch. Maintain equipment, keep work areas clean and follow workplace health and safety procedures. What we are looking for Experience in screen printing or a similar printing environment is preferred. Excellent hand-eye coordination for precise printing work The capacity to perform effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
