Key scheduling/estimating role with a boutique residential construction company Full-time, permanent opportunity based in Balcatta Supportive team culture with strong training and development Scheduler and Estimator Role | Balcatta Our client is a rapidly growing residential home builder based in Balcatta, recognised for delivering high-quality single and double-storey homes across Perth. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking a motivated Scheduler / Estimator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 years’ experience with a main contractor builder who is looking to take the next step in their career, develop their technical skills, and work closely with an experienced Scheduling / Estimating Manager. Reporting directly to the Scheduling / Estimating Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of residential projects by accurately quantifying materials, coordinating labour requirements, and ensuring each build is effectively planned and resourced. Experience with Truth Engine or similar estimating/scheduling platforms will be highly regarded, however training and support will be provided for the right person.
