A leading luxury retailer in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join their high-performing team. This is a premium, client-focused environment where exceptional service, strong sales ability and hands-on leadership are highly valued. While Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded due to the customer demographic, they are not essential. About the role Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving KPIs Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering an elevated luxury customer experience Coach, motivate and support the team to achieve individual and store targets Build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised service Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards Assist with day-to-day store operations, stock management and opening/closing procedures Communicate confidently with a diverse customer base, with Mandarin or Cantonese language skills viewed favourably What we're looking for Previous leadership experience as a Supervisor, Senior Sales Associate, Assistant Manager or similar within luxury or premium retail Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable client experiences Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs A hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop others Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly desirable but not essential The package $70,000 - $80,000 Super (dependent on experience) Bonus and commission opportunities Career progression within a respected luxury retail brand If you're passionate about luxury retail, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy leading from the front, we'd love to hear from you.
