Job description We’re partnering with a well-established Brisbane digital marketing agency that has been helping businesses grow online for over 20 years. Over that time, the business has evolved into a full-service agency specialising in digital marketing, web development, SEO, and paid media, supporting clients across a range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for a portfolio of clients, focusing on building trusted relationships, guiding strategic decisions, and ensuring the smooth delivery of web and digital marketing projects. About the role: Act as the main contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships and guiding strategic decisions. Lead client communication, including check-ins, reviews, and performance updates. Provide guidance on digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites, CRO, and content. Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects stay on track and deliverables meet client expectations. Identify opportunities, manage risks, and support upsell or cross-sell initiatives across accounts. About you: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital agency or similar client-facing environment. A solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRO and website builds Strong communication skills and confidence in strategic, commercial conversations. Exceptional organisation and account management skills, able to manage multiple clients at once. A proactive, energetic approach, with a natural ability to build relationships and solve problems.
