The Opportunity As a result of organic growth and high volumes on in-bound enquiries, the business is looking for a Senior Tax Advisor to join their Sydney office. This role primarily focuses on client management and relationship, in addition to providing advice on Tax Planning and Tax Strategies. This is similar to a Client Manager position in adjacent industries. You will also be overseeing a team of accountants responsible for the compliance and implementation of Tax Advice. Key Responsibilities Inherit and nurture a portfolio of established clients - medical professionals and businesses Manage inbound client leads and referrals to build long-lasting relationships Provide sophisticated tax advice across complex structures, family groups, and business entities Collaborate with internal wealth and lending advisers to deliver holistic, end-to-end solutions Display deep and critical thinking abilities and be comfortable offering your opinion and guiding clients to the best outcome About You Strong background in tax advisory with complex private client structures Have an excellent knowledge of Taxation Law and how it applies to a variety of complex situations CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion) A passion for relationship management and strategic thinking Confident, solutions-focused, and commercially-minded Excited by the opportunity to grow into a future Partner-level role
