The Role We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Environmental Service Attendants (Kitchen Stewards) to join the Crown Casual Staffing (CCS) team to work casually across all our hospitality venues including bars, restaurants, events and more! In this role, you’ll help maintain the highest standards in our back-of-house kitchen operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in supporting a team. What you’ll do Operate commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment Wash, polish and store dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, safe and organised Clear rubbish, remove waste and maintain hygiene standards Support chefs and kitchen teams during service periods Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures What we require Availability to work 2 – 3 shifts per week across a 24/7 rotating roster Ability to perform physical work, including standing, lifting and cleaning A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn What will help you stand out Previous stewarding, dishwashing, cleaning or hospitality experience Strong attention to detail and a focus on hygiene Ability to work at a steady pace in a busy team environment Good organisation skills and a team-first attitude What we offer you Competitive $42.32 casual rate Free staff meals every shift Uniform provided and laundered on site Discounted staff parking Discounts across Crown hotels, restaurants and resorts Australia-wide Training, support and opportunities to grow your career On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
