As a Gaming Machine Attendant , you'll be at the heart of our Gaming Floor, delivering exceptional customer service while assisting guests with gaming machines, promotions, and resort offerings. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where no two shifts are the same. What you'll be doing Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences Assist guests with gaming machines and electronic gaming products Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues where appropriate Support promotional campaigns and Crown Club membership initiatives Process gaming-related transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with minor machine faults and escalate technical issues as required Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming gaming environment Work collaboratively with team members and other departments across the resort About You You are a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused professional who enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a dynamic environment.
