We are looking for team players to join the highly motivated Business Solutions Team to provide hands-on systems implementation and support across our aged care organisation. As a Business Solutions Partner you will help introduce new technology, support users through change, deliver practical training, and solve everyday challenges that make a real difference to our organisation and the customers we serve. Applying your enthusiasm and fantastic communication skills, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to implement new systems, drive business improvements, and help users confidently navigate change. You will combine problem-solving, communication, training, and system expertise to deliver solutions that improve the way people work every day. In your role you will have an opportunity to: Partner with business stakeholders to deliver successful implementations, software enhancements, and process improvements that support organisational goals. Support change management activities, helping users prepare for, understand, and confidently adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating upcoming changes, gathering feedback, and addressing concerns to promote positive engagement and adoption. Support project delivery activities, including testing, business readiness, communication, and transition to operational support, ensuring changes are successfully embedded into the organisation. What will you bring to the role? Minimum 4 years in a similar role, or with previous systems analysis or systems implementation experience. Strong understanding of software solution delivery methodologies such as project support, change management, business analysis or as business subject matter on a project. A functional knowledge of corporate, aged care, retirement living and/or community services industry and software solutions. Exceptional communication skills, especially when explaining things simply to others. A friendly, helpful attitude and a proactive approach to solving problems. The ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks. You will be a proactive self-starter who shares great ideas and is quick to learn. Who is Southern Cross Care Queensland?
