We have a permanent part-time opportunity available for a Registered Nurse supporting our clients within the Emerald region.Your RoleAs a Registered Nurse you’ll be looking after the most important people in our organisation – our clients. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care across all age groups within the community, supporting a variety of clinical needs including complex wound care, palliative care, medication administration and chronic disease management. Your tasks will include:Initial assessment of client needs and implementation of ongoing care, including coordination, case management and care planningDelivering holistic, client-centred care in consultation with clients, families and the multidisciplinary teamMonitoring, evaluating and documenting client progress in line with professional and legal standardsAdministering and reviewing medications, treatments and clinical interventionsLiaising with internal and external stakeholders and making referrals as required to support client outcomesMaintaining accurate, timely documentation and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiativesYour AttributesWe’re looking for a person who has what it takes to make a difference in our clients’ lives.
