Project Manager – Subdivision projects | Toowoomba / Brisbane (Flexible) | $140,000 – $160,000 Super We’re partnering with a well-established, family-owned civil contractor based in Toowoomba that continues to secure a strong pipeline of subdivision and infrastructure projects across the Darling Downs and South East Queensland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with strong subdivision delivery experience to take ownership of key civil projects. This role will suit someone with hands-on experience delivering bulk earthworks, drainage, services installation, road construction, and full subdivision development works. The Role You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery across civil subdivision and infrastructure works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Key responsibilities include: Full project management from planning through to completion Managing subdivision delivery including earthworks, drainage, services and roads Budgeting, forecasting and cost control Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards About You: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a civil Project Management role Strong subdivision project delivery experience (essential) Experience across earthworks, drainage, services and road construction Strong commercial and contractual understanding Ability to lead teams and drive outcomes Engineering or Construction Management qualification (preferred) What’s on Offer: $140K – $160K Super (based on experience) Strong pipeline of secured local projects Supportive, family-oriented culture Long-term stability with a reputable contractor Flexible location – Toowoomba preferred but Brisbane-based candidates with occasional travel will be considered Apply now or reach out for a confidential discussion - 0431 375 267.
