Originator – Revenue Offtake (Energy Markets) $210-250k super 30% bonus Sydney or Melbourne Hybrid working About the Role We are seeking an experienced Originator to lead end-to-end revenue offtake contracting across a portfolio of energy assets, including new developments and existing operations. You will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing commercial agreements (including PPAs and tolling arrangements), working closely with internal teams and external counterparties to deliver optimal revenue outcomes. This role suits a commercially minded energy markets professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys developing innovative contracting solutions. Key Responsibilities Originate and structure offtake products across energy market assets Lead negotiation and execution of term sheets and full-form agreements Manage end-to-end contracting process across internal stakeholders (legal, commercial, technical, finance) Build and maintain strong relationships with market counterparties Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and contracting appetite Develop and support innovative revenue strategies and structures Contribute to asset optimisation and new market opportunities Collaborate with international teams across multiple regions About You 5 years’ experience in energy contracting (PPAs, tolling or similar) in a major electricity market Strong commercial acumen with advanced Excel and numerical skills Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders Strong understanding of electricity market contracting frameworks (desirable) Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Economics, Law or related field (preferred) Willingness to travel interstate and internationally as required What We Offer $210,000 – $250,000 super Bonus up to 30% 25 days annual leave Flexible working arrangements Global, collaborative working environment Strong career development opportunities Consultant george.cody@coretalent.com.au Reference number: BH-26243 Profession:RenewablesOther Company: Care Talent Date posted: 14th May, 2026
