What’s in It for You Yearly performance bonus based on company success Hybrid working model (office, warehouse exposure, and WFH) Exposure to a multi-site national supply chain (Sydney, Melbourne, Perth) Strong career progression into supply chain, operations, or CS leadership roles Supportive, collaborative team with a high-performing culture Your Day-to-Day You’ll sit at the centre of Customer Service and Operations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while supporting inventory and returns processes across the business: Manage complex customer enquiries, particularly around stock, orders, and returns Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies impacting customer orders with 3PL partners Coordinate end-to-end returns, from customer request through to warehouse processing Monitor stock availability and communicate issues, delays, or solutions to customers and internal teams Support stock movements and interstate transfers to improve fulfilment outcomes Work closely with Customer Service, warehouses, and transport providers Assist with faulty stock management and repackaging coordination Identify opportunities to improve returns and inventory-related CS processes What We’re Looking For Experience in Customer Service, with exposure to inventory, logistics, or returns Strong interest in supply chain operations, particularly inventory and reverse logistics Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience with ERP systems (SAP highly regarded) and Excel Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations in a fast-paced environment Full Australian work rights Ready to Apply?
