The Model This is not a high-volume therapy service. You will work within a multidisciplinary, outcome-focused model integrating: Psychology Occupational Therapy Speech Pathology Employment and community programs Behaviour support pathways We are intentionally structured to prioritise: Clinical quality over throughput Functional outcomes over session delivery Long-term participant outcomes across life domains Your Role You will: Deliver assessments, formulation and intervention across diverse presentations Work across Parramatta (current site), with options across Blacktown and Liverpool as services expand Deliver services across clinic, community, and (where relevant) workplace settings Support participants with disability, psychosocial and complex needs Contribute to outcome-focused planning aligned to goals Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team Provide guidance to allied health assistants and junior staff What Sets This Role Apart Flexible permanent employment model - minimum 1 day/week, scalable Salary aligned to experience and endorsement (pro-rata) Registered Psychologist: $110K–$130K Clinical Psychologist: $130K–$140K Established Parramatta base Western Sydney expansion Integrated service model – therapy functional outcomes employment pathways Strong clinical governance and multidisciplinary collaboration Opportunities to contribute to service design and program development Clear pathway into Team Lead / Clinical Lead roles About You AHPRA Registered or Clinical Psychologist Experience in disability, NDIS, or complex mental health Strong capability in assessment, formulation and intervention Able to work both independently and within a team Interested in contributing to a developing, high-performing service Desirable Trauma-informed practice Functional assessment and report writing experience Behaviour support experience or interest Experience working in multidisciplinary teams About Ability Advocates Ability Advocates is a specialist provider delivering: Allied health services Employment and transition programs Disability support and advocacy We work across Parramatta and Western Sydney , delivering integrated services that connect therapy, community participation, and employment outcomes to support long-term impact for people with disability.
