What You’ll Be Doing Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing care Developing and reviewing individualised care plans to meet residents’ changing needs Participating in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required) Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with SCC policies and quality standards Ensuring the completion and accuracy of ACFI claims Supporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team environment Registered Nurse (Division 1) with general registration Possession of Certificate III in Community Services (Aged Care) or equivalent (desirable) Experience in caring for older people with the ability to provide quality care and support Current driver’s license Sensitivity to and understanding of the aspirations and needs of frail older peoplAbility to set and maintain high standards in the provision of quality care and support services Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Advanced verbal and written English communication skills
