Located within St Kevin’s Catholic Primary School, our service provides before school care, after school care and vacation care for up to 90 children in the Surfers Paradise Parish community. What You'll Be Doing as an OSHC Educator No two days are the same. You will: Create a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment where children feel safe and supported Build meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues Plan and facilitate engaging recreational, educational and play-based activities Support children's wellbeing, development and individual needs Collaborate with a passionate team committed to delivering high-quality care Participate in exciting excursions and special activities during vacation care programs End each day knowing you've made a positive impact on children's lives Job Requirements A Diploma in Children's Services (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), OR Two years of full-time university study in a relevant field (refer to the NQF Approved Qualification List) and two years' experience in OSHC, Early Childhood Education, or as a Teacher's Aide Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
