What You'll Be Doing as an OSHC Educator No two days are the same. You will: Create a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment where children feel safe and supported Build meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues Plan and facilitate engaging recreational, educational and play-based activities Support children's wellbeing, development and individual needs Collaborate with a passionate team committed to delivering high-quality care Participate in exciting excursions and special activities during vacation care programs End each day knowing you've made a positive impact on children's lives Job Requirements A Diploma in Children's Services (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), OR Two years of full-time university study in a relevant field (refer to the NQF Approved Qualification List) and two years' experience in OSHC, Early Childhood Education, or as a Teacher's Aide Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
