About the Role Reporting to the General Manager Retail, you’ll lead a group of Kathmandu stores across Northern NSW, driving commercial outcomes, building high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent brand execution across all locations. This is a highly influential role where you’ll partner closely with store leaders to lift capability, deliver sales growth, and bring the Kathmandu brand to life for our customers—every day.
