We are seeking a passionate Team Leader to guide our Continuing Wellbeing Team in delivering culturally safe, holistic Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) services. About the Role As Team Leader, you will: Lead a multidisciplinary team of counsellors and mental health/AOD practitioners Drive high-quality, culturally safe care for Aboriginal individuals and families Support delivery of medium-term casework and ongoing wellbeing support Champion a strength-based, community-led approach Key Responsibilities Lead & Inspire – Build a high-performing, supportive team culture Drive Outcomes – Meet service targets, funding requirements, and client goals Ensure Quality – Maintain compliance, accreditation standards, and best practice Strengthen Partnerships – Collaborate with community, referrers, and stakeholders Grow Capability – Coach, mentor, and develop staff About You You are a values-driven leader who brings: 3 years’ experience in Mental Health, AOD, or SEWB services Demonstrated leadership or supervision experience Strong commitment to cultural safety and Aboriginal self-determination Proven ability to manage performance, compliance, and service delivery Qualifications Diploma or higher in Community Services, Health, or related field (essential) Registration as a Nurse, Social Worker, or Psychologist (desirable) Compliance Requirements Current Victorian Driver’s Licence Current Victorian Working with Children Check(Employee) & National Police Check(completed in the last 6 months) Why Join Us?
