The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead sales growth across a high-quality range of injection, protective coatings, fluid transfer, industrial and spray equipment. This is a hands-on, industry-facing role suited to someone who understands site-based environments, protective coatings, and industrial equipment. You will play a key role in developing new business, managing relationships, and driving revenue across key sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat business Promote and sell a range of injection and spray equipment (including WIWA systems) Provide technical advice and tailored product solutions to clients Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and solutions Collaborate with internal service and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events About You Proven experience in a BDM / Sales / Sales Manager role within a relevant industry Strong background in one or more of the following: Protective coatings equipment Fluid transfer or spray equipment Technical industrial sales Construction chemicals or injection systems Civil or infrastructure supply industries Established network across construction, remediation, infrastructure, or industrial sectors (highly regarded) Strong technical understanding of equipment and site requirements Ability to build relationships with site teams, project managers, and decision-makers Results-driven with strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously What’s on Offer Uncapped commission / performance incentives with relaistic OTE $200k per annum Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Opportunity to work with premium global equipment brands (including WIWA) Career growth within a growing and ambitious business Supportive, high-performance team environment Click Apply to submit your application, or for a confidential discussion, contact Emilie directly on 0481 815 832.
