Assist the Farm Manager and Operations Manager with daily operations of a large broad acre cropping aggregation. You will have: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, suppliers, peers and other managers. Problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic and ability to follow process. Attention to detail in all aspects of farming operations, including record keeping. A modern and diligent approach to WHS. 5 years’ experience in broad acre grain cropping production including the operation and maintenance of all associated plant, equipment, machinery and chemical handling.
