Description About the Role As a Remedial Massage Therapist, you will work closely with clients to enhance their wellbeing, mobility, comfort, and quality of life through evidence-based massage therapy services. You will conduct assessments, develop personalised therapy plans, and provide treatments that support healthy ageing, wellness, and provide positive outcomes. Services are delivered across our Wellness Centres, clients' homes, and residential aged care facilities. This is a full-time role. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based remedial massage therapy services to older adults. Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualised therapy plans. Support clients to maintain functional capacity, independence, and quality of life. Provide services that focus on wellness, reablement, and restorative care outcomes. Monitor, review, and evaluate therapy programs to ensure goals are achieved. Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and multidisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Promote healthy ageing and innovative approaches to client wellbeing. Skills And Experiences About You You are a compassionate and motivated professional who is passionate about helping older people live their best lives. You thrive working independently while also contributing to a collaborative allied health team. Essential Requirements Diploma or Certificate IV in Remedial Massage Therapy. Current registration with a recognised Massage Association. Current Australian Driver's Licence. Previous experience in aged care, healthcare, or community services. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and client management systems.
