Reporting to the Head of Digital, Communications & Experience (Australia), the Digital Marketing Manager will join a dynamic and highly regarded team overseeing the Australian firm’s external website and social media channels. You will help to drive client engagement by producing compelling digital marketing content and contributing to our overall digital marketing strategy. Support the Australian business and work with colleagues in our broader Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific (EMEAPAC) region. This full-time, 13-month, fixed-term contract role is ideally based in Sydney, but we will also consider quality candidates in Melbourne and Brisbane. Responsibilities Digital marketing and client experience Manage the external website, social media and CV system with a focus on Australian content. Oversee the digital publication process to manage all legal update and other written content production, and to analyse and advise on client engagement to improve future performance. Contribute to the planning and execution of large marketing campaigns in relevant channels and support our national webinar program as part of a broader digital team. Contribute to a global social media strategy, working with global and regional colleagues to enhance and protect the firm’s brand and reputation on social media and to maximise the performance of high-quality social media content in Australia. Regular use of our email marketing platform to ensure campaigns are successful and meet their objectives. Understand how automated campaigns generate qualified leads and report outcomes to stakeholders in a timely fashion. Broaden your knowledge of the platform by learning new processes, such as event and webinar campaigns. Digital projects and collaboration Contribute to a global digital marketing project to improve our external website. This includes a detailed focus on Australian website content to understand and categorise all content types; analyse and report on audience engagement; and consult authors on changes to align with an updated content strategy. Contribute to individual Australian digital marketing roadmap projects to help to continually improve the firm’s client engagement, and to maximise platform functionality and process efficiencies across digital platforms. Analytics, reporting and knowledge sharing Daily use of analytics for our digital channels to track and find ways to maximise audience engagement with online content. Collate regular analytics data and compile and distribute plain English reports to a range of stakeholders in the business. Develop a thorough understanding of our online audience, devise strategies to best engage with audience segments through online channels. Work directly with Partners and Clients & Markets team colleagues to help improve their approach to creating high-quality written digital content for the website and social media; and to understand how to best deliver that content to target audiences. Requirements Minimum four years’ digital marketing experience with a website CMS (Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore preferred), social media and email marketing (Eloqua or Vuture preferred). Exposure to webinar platforms (ON24 preferred) is a bonus. Relevant skills and training in online marketing or communications High level of attention to detail and understanding of data flows within marketing platforms. Experience contributing to large projects and change management, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet tight deadlines. Happy to work autonomously and exercise leadership within areas of responsibility, but also a strong team player and ability to collaborate. Positive, open, honest, friendly and professional attitude. Ability to build relationships at all organisational levels. Ability to acquire knowledge quickly and be responsive to changing demands.
