12th June, 2026 Our valued client is a family-owned bakery and food manufacturer based in Noble Park, producing a wide range of gourmet, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly biscuits, bars, and cereals. An opportunity is now available for an experienced Forklift Driver to join their warehouse team on a permanent night shift roster. Shift Times Monday: 12:30am - 8:30am & 10.30pm - 6.30am Tuesday to Thursday: 10:30pm - 6:30am Key Responsibilities Pick and stage materials using FIFO stock rotation principles. Prepare and stage finished goods for dispatch. Put stock away accurately and efficiently. Conduct general warehouse housekeeping and cleaning duties. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliations. Operate forklift equipment safely in confined warehouse spaces. Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality concerns. Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures at all times. Assist with additional warehouse duties as required. Essential Skills & Experience Current Forklift Licence with proven Counterbalance and High Reach experience. Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport. Minimum 4 years' experience in a warehouse or stores environment. Strong understanding of FIFO stock rotation practices. Experience with cycle counting and inventory control. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable operating in tight warehouse spaces with limited storage areas. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Flexible and adaptable to changing operational requirements. Mandatory Requirements Previous Counterbalance and High Reach forklift experience.
