This is a permanent Full time position and business is seeking skilled , motivated and committed retail manager for this position. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily retail and restaurant operations of the business and ensuring efficient customer service, operational management, staff supervision and compliance with company standards across dine-in, takeaway and online delivery services. Key Responsibilities: Organising and controlling the day-to-day operations of the fast food restaurant to ensure efficient service delivery and achievement of business objectives. Determining product mix, menu offerings, stock levels, inventory requirements and customer service standards in line with company policies and market demand. Formulating and implementing purchasing, promotional and marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement. Monitoring sales performance, analysing revenue trends and implementing initiatives to maximise profitability and operational efficiency. Managing ordering, receiving, storage and stock rotation of food, beverages, packaging and other restaurant supplies. Maintaining accurate records of stock movements, sales transactions, wastage, labour costs and financial performance. Preparing budgets, monitoring expenditure and controlling operational costs to achieve financial targets. Recruiting, training, supervising and performance-managing kitchen, counter and delivery staff. Preparing staff rosters and ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak and non-peak trading periods. Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. Monitoring food quality, portion control, presentation and service consistency to maintain brand standards. Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety and other regulatory requirements. Conducting regular inspections of equipment, facilities and work practices to maintain a safe working environment. Coordinating promotional campaigns, special offers and local marketing activities to increase customer traffic. Liaising with suppliers and negotiating purchasing arrangements to ensure cost-effective procurement and uninterrupted supply of goods. Implementing operational procedures and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction. Overseeing cash handling procedures, banking, reconciliation and point-of-sale operations. Requirements: Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Retail or Business Management or equivalent industry experience. At least 3 years of relevant management experience in a fast-food, café or restaurant environment. Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience with staff supervision, stock control and operational reporting.
