Pacific Facility Services is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Quality Assurance Manager to lead and maintain the organisation’s quality assurance systems and compliance processes. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will oversee quality frameworks, monitor service performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure services consistently meet contractual obligations, customer expectations, and internal standards. This position will play an important role in strengthening operational performance, supporting compliance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and promoting a strong culture of quality and accountability across the organisation. Qualifications and Experience -Relevant tertiary qualification in Quality Assurance, Business Management, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred. -At least two years of experience in a quality assurance, compliance, operations, or service management role. -Experience in facilities services, cleaning services, maintenance, or a related service-based environment is highly regarded. -Demonstrated experience in audit management, performance monitoring, corrective action processes and quality system administration. -Strong understanding of quality standards, compliance requirements and continuous improvement frameworks. Key Responsibilities -Develop and implement quality assurance activities and quality plans for all projects in line with organisational agreements and service requirements. -Review customer contracts to define quality expectations and service standards prior to acceptance. -Implement, maintain and improve quality system policies, procedures and documentation. -Monitor service performance against quality targets and customer expectations. -Create and maintain quality assurance plans for cleaning services, including performance measurement and continuous improvement initiatives. -Lead a positive quality culture across maintenance, cleaning and operational teams. -Track team and service performance to identify trends, best practices, goal achievement and areas for improvement. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost effectiveness and organisational performance. -Ensure compliance with quality systems, including change controls, deviations, incidents and customer complaints. -Recommend improvements to quality processes, systems and organisational standards. -Lead internal and external quality audits and maintain accurate audit records. -Review reports, analyse findings and implement corrective actions as required. -Coordinate with departments to manage non-conformance issues and corrective action plans. -Liaise with management to review QA results and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews. -Identify opportunities to use customer feedback to improve service delivery and key business outcomes.
