Site Manager | Commercial Builds ($3M – $5M Projects) Central Coast/Hunter/Sydney Projects The Opportunity Due to continued growth and multiple projects underway, we are looking to appoint aSite Manager to take ownership of small-to-mid scale builds from structure through to handover. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys running their own sites and prefers practical, straightforward projects without the complexity of large-scale developments. The Role You will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities across projects typically ranging from $3M to $5M. Projects include new builds and occasional fit-out works, with multiple sites scheduled across the pipeline. Key responsibilities include: Full site management from structure through to completion Coordinating and managing subcontractors Driving program and ensuring timely delivery Maintaining strong safety standards and site compliance Client-facing communication and relationship management Working alongside the pre-construction team on design and buildability About You We are looking for a practical, reliable Site Manager who is comfortable working in a smaller builder environment. Ideal background: Trade background (Carpentry highly regarded) Experience delivering new build residential projects Worked with small to mid-tier builders Strong understanding of site operations and sequencing You will also bring: Solid IT skills and confidence using site systems Strong safety awareness and compliance experience Ability to run a site autonomously Positive, solutions-focused attitude What’s On Offer $140K Super Company Vehicle / Allowance Secure pipeline of upcoming work Monday–Friday role (minimal weekend work) Time in lieu provided for any additional hours Travel and accommodation covered for projects outside core area Supportive, down-to-earth team environment Location Projects are based across the Central Coast, Hunter and Sydney, with flexibility required depending on site allocation.
