Job description About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to support strategic procurement and category management activities. In this role, you will analyse procurement data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights that support better business decisions and improved procurement outcomes. Key Responsibilities Analyse procurement, spend, contract and market data to identify trends and opportunities. Develop reports, dashboards and insights to support strategic procurement and category management. Support projects that deliver savings, efficiencies and business improvements. Develop and maintain forecasting and predictive models. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using clear reports and visualisations. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide advice on business requirements, systems, procurement trends and related processes. Develop and maintain Excel tools and templates to support tendering activities. Supervise and mentor a Data Analyst within the Portfolio Management Office. About You: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with large and complex datasets. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using ERP, reporting or data visualisation systems. The ability to turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience in procurement, category management, data analytics or a related field is highly regarded.
