About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced plumber to join a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do. Reporting directly to the hands-on Director, you'll be working across a variety of domestic strata maintenance projects, alongside experienced technicians who value communication, professionalism and teamwork. No two days are the same, with a mix of reactive maintenance, scheduled works, inspections and specialised plumbing services. Key Responsibilities Your duties will include, but are not limited to: General plumbing maintenance across domestic strata properties Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing issues efficiently Reading plans and drawings to understand plumbing layouts Installing, repairing and maintaining water supply, drainage and sanitary systems Cutting, assembling and installing pipes and fittings Conducting CCTV inspections and operating jetting equipment Assisting with pipe relining projects when required Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified plumber Proven experience working within domestic strata maintenance Certificate III in Plumbing Relevant plumbing licences and tickets Current Australian Driver's Licence Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Culture This is a team that works hard, supports one another and enjoys a positive workplace culture.
