Description ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY: St Paul’s School is seeking a commercially minded, people-focused Head of Admissions to lead enrolment growth, build strong relationships, and deliver an exceptional experience for prospective families. This pivotal leadership role will shape the School’s admissions strategy, manage the end-to-end enrolment journey, and use data-driven insights to maximise opportunities, strengthen community connections, and support sustainable growth The key responsibilities include: Lead and execute the School’s admissions strategy to drive enrolment growth and achieve strategic objectives. Manage the full admissions journey, ensuring a seamless, personalised, and high-quality experience for prospective families. Build strong relationships with families, students, and community stakeholders to strengthen engagement and conversion outcomes. Use data, insights, and market trends to inform enrolment planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with Marketing and leadership teams to enhance brand presence, community engagement, and growth initiatives. Lead, develop, and inspire the Admissions team to deliver exceptional service and continuous improvement. Ensure admissions processes, systems, and practices are efficient, compliant, and aligned with child safety and privacy requirements. Promote the wellbeing, safety, and cultural safety of children and young people, in accordance with Queensland Child Safe Standards and the School’s Child Safe policies and procedures. Skills And Experiences ABOUT YOU: To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following experience, skills, and qualifications, including: Relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in admissions, enrolments, marketing, business, or customer relationship management. Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional experience for families and stakeholders. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Experience managing databases, CRM systems, and data-driven processes. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate professional boundaries and standards when working with children and young people. Desirable Experience & Skills: Experience working in an independent or faith-based school environment. Knowledge of Australian school enrolment regulations and compliance requirements.
