McLellan Landscapes is looking for a motivated Apprentice Landscaper to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to build a long-term career in the landscaping industry. You’ll work alongside experienced landscapers on a wide variety of residential landscaping projects, learning valuable skills including paving, retaining walls, turfing, planting, concreting, drainage, fencing, excavation, and general landscape construction. Every day is different, and you’ll be part of creating high-quality outdoor spaces from start to finish. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Landscaping is physically demanding, so you’ll need to be prepared to work hard in all weather conditions while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety. To be successful, you’ll have: A genuine interest in landscaping and outdoor construction. Previous landscaping or labouring experience (desired but not essential). Own reliable transport (essential). A White Card or willingness to obtain one. A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn. The ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. Reliability, punctuality and pride in your work. Good level of physical fitness. In return, you’ll receive on-the-job training from experienced tradesmen, opportunities to develop your skills, and the chance to complete a nationally recognised landscaping apprenticeship while working on exciting projects across the Central Coast and surrounding areas.
