About Us We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Payable Assistant to support their finance team with end-to-end accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and experience working with accounting systems— Microsoft Dynamics experience will be highly regarded. Office location: Scoresby, Victoria (onsite parking available) Work arrangement: 4 days in office 1 day WFH Salary: AUD60,000 to AUD70,000 super Role type: Permanent Responsibilities Process high-volume supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner Perform three-way matching (purchase orders, invoices, and receipts) Prepare and execute payment runs (EFT, bank transfers, and cheques) Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Manage vendor accounts and maintain up-to-date records Respond to internal and external queries regarding payments and invoices Assist with month-end closing activities, including accrals and reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures Support continuous improvement of accounts payable processes Your Profile Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
