Alpha Linehaul Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient business performance. This is a full-time position requiring strong leadership, coordination, and operational management skills. Location: Tallawong, NSW 2762 Salary: $141,210 – $145,000 per annum Superannuation Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the planning, development, review, and implementation of office administrative systems, procedures, and service standards Set operational priorities and ensure the efficient delivery of office services across the business Allocate and manage office resources, including personnel, equipment, and workspace Assign duties to administrative staff and monitor work performance to ensure productivity and service standards are achieved Manage office records, financial documentation, administrative accounts, and reporting requirements Liaise with managers, professionals, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders to coordinate business operations and facilitate the resolution of issues Ensure office equipment, systems, and supplies are effectively maintained and available for business operations Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements, company policies, and operational procedures Ensure all administrative functions comply with relevant government legislation, regulations, and industry requirements Coordinate personnel activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, training, supervision, and performance management Requirements: AQF Diploma or Advanced Diploma (or relevant equivalent qualification) Relevant experience in office management and administrative operations Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transport and logistics environment How to Apply: Please submit your current resume and any supporting documents to: Email: Tej@alphalinehaul.au
