Description About the Role Are you an administrative superstar who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping things organised? We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our collaborative and high-performing People & Culture team on a 6-month full-time contract . This is a heavily administrative role that provides critical support to our project teams, ensuring candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders receive a seamless recruitment experience from initial application through to offer acceptance. You’ll be the engine room behind the recruitment process, keeping things moving, coordinating multiple activities at once and helping our teams attract great talent across the mining, oil & gas and resources sectors. With purpose, respect and a driven mindset, you’ll contribute by: Coordinate recruitment activities from requisition through to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Manage the Talent inbox and candidate communications, responding promptly and professionally. Post and maintain job advertisements across multiple platforms. Coordinate interviews, phone screens and reference checks. Prepare offers of employment and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Maintain recruitment systems, candidate records and Talent administration, including supporting platforms such as ELMO and MyPass. Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role: Previous experience in a recruitment coordination, administration or Talent Acquisition support role. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong administrative capability with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience using recruitment, ATS or HR systems (ELMO experience highly regarded). A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the team. Why Join Us?
