We are seeking motivated, reliable, and hardworking Fruit Pickers to join our team in Mourilyan and contribute to our ongoing farming operations. About the Role As a Fruit Picker, you will play an important role in harvesting and handling fresh produce while ensuring quality standards are maintained. This is a physically active, hands-on position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Harvest fruit in accordance with quality and productivity standards. Sort, grade, and pack produce for storage and distribution. Handle fruit carefully to minimise damage and maintain product quality. Load, unload, and transport harvested produce as required. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and tools. Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times. Assist with general farm maintenance and other duties as directed. Skills and Experience Previous experience in fruit picking or agricultural work is desirable but not essential. Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments. Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work. A willingness to learn and follow workplace procedures.
