This position is ideal for a motivated individual who has a strong work ethic, enjoys working outdoors, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity in a commercial farming environment. Key Responsibilities Harvest fruit in accordance with quality and productivity standards. Inspect, sort, and handle produce carefully to minimise damage. Identify fruit that meets harvest specifications. Follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures at all times. Assist with general orchard and farm operations as required. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets. Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven experience in fruit picking or commercial horticultural harvesting. Physically fit and capable of performing manual work in outdoor conditions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as within a team. Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices. Employment Type Full-Time Permanent Salary AUD $77,000 – $82,000 per annum , plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
