This role offers strong clinical exposure across a variety of surgical specialties within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment. As a Registrar, you will be responsible for the clinical care of patients under the supervision of senior medical staff, including: Attending to patients according to medical urgency, completing histories, examinations, and arranging appropriate investigations Assisting with surgical procedures as required Managing patient care in line with accepted clinical standards under consultant supervision Supporting efficient delivery of key performance indicators, timely discharge summaries, and discharge planning Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including nursing staff and allied health professionals, to optimise patient outcomes Communicating effectively with families, community services, and external practitioners Participating in teaching and supervision of resident medical officers and interns This 68-bed regional hospital is located within a coastal city in the Midwest region of Western Australia (WA), located 420 km from Perth.
