Role Description This on-site Registered Nurse role is based in the Greater Melbourne Area. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care including wound care, immunisations, health assessments and care planning, as well as collaborating with GPs. The registered nurse ensures adherence to healthcare policies, standards, and procedures to deliver compassionate and high-quality patient care. Qualifications Proven clinical skills in patient care, including injections, wound care, and developing care plans Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide patient and family education Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Adherence to healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and patient safety measures Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
