Drive growth through powerful partnerships — shaping deals that bring new customers to Flight Centre. Purpose : We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our team on a 12-month secondment (maternity leave cover). The Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, developing and nurturing brand partnerships that attract new customers to Flight Centre and drive commercial value for the business. With a primary focus on the Australian market, this role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of partnership activity - from opportunity scoping and commercial evaluation through to delivery and stakeholder management. About the Role: In this role, you'll own the end-to-end management of commercial partnerships — from identifying and pitching opportunities through to activation, performance reporting and ongoing optimisation. You'll build and maintain a pipeline of brand-aligned partnerships that deliver real value to Flight Centre customers and measurable commercial returns for the business. Applying strong commercial rigour, you'll assess ROI potential, audience fit and brand alignment across every recommendation. Day-to-day, you'll collaborate with internal marketing, creative, digital, finance and legal teams to deliver integrated activations, while managing external partners, agencies and production stakeholders to agreed timelines and outcomes. You'll also contribute to the broader loyalty and rewards strategy, develop scalable partnership frameworks and playbooks, and stay across market trends and emerging models to keep our approach fresh and competitive. About you: We are looking for a commercially minded and relationship-driven marketer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in partnerships, commercial marketing or sponsorship roles. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience across partnership scoping, negotiation, activation delivery and performance management, with the ability to identify opportunities that are strategically aligned, commercially viable and customer focused. Strong communication, stakeholder management and project delivery skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while bringing fresh thinking and proactive ideas to the table.
