Head of Engineering Enterprise SaaS Platform Sydney CBD | Hybrid $250k-$300k (Base, Super, STI) Sydney CBD office. Hybrid working environment. Lead the engineering function of a growing enterprise SaaS business delivering a mature platform used by major insurers and enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand. This is a senior leadership role inside a product‑led technology company entering its next stage of growth. The platform is already well established, highly configurable, and deeply embedded within complex customer environments. The focus now is continuing to scale engineering capability, strengthen technical leadership, and evolve the platform as the business grows. You’ll lead an engineering team of roughly 20 people across engineering leadership and platform development functions, working closely with founders, product leadership, and delivery teams on the future direction of the platform. The environment is fast‑moving, highly collaborative, and ownership‑driven. It suits someone technically strong, pragmatic, calm under pressure, and comfortable operating close to both engineering teams and business leadership.
