The Role As a Candidate Coordinator, you will champion a positive candidate experience and support Field Officers and Account Managers in sourcing, attracting, and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of apprenticeship and traineeship candidates to ensure timely workforce solutions to host employers. You Will: Manage and coordinate across platforms including online job boards, social media, industry-specific channels, community networks and the company website Develop engaging and inclusive advertisements that reflect our brand and attract quality candidates Review and assess applications in a timely manner against agreed role requirements Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and fit Maintain an active, segmented 'pools' of job-ready candidates across trades, skill, Industries and geographical regions Coordinate interviews between candidates, host employers, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and care. Prepare candidates for interviews by providing role information, expectations and guidance Deliver a positive and supportive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey Skills And Experiences About You You are passionate about sourcing the right talents and in delivering efficient workforce solutions You have: Experience in recruitment, resourcing, workforce coordination or talent acquisition role Confidence in working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job advertising platforms Genuine passion for candidate experience and a commitment to representing the organisation with professionalism and warmth A commitment to culturally safe practices and engagement with First Nations communities Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills A proactive, positive and resilient approach High attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively Current National Police Check, Working with Children Check or willing to obtain Current driver’s licence You may also have: Experience in a Group Training Organisation (GTO), labour hire, or workforce solutions environment. Understanding of Australian apprenticeship and traineeship. Knowledge of trade and vocational-based industries such as horticulture, construction, hospitality, or similar sectors. Experience in talent pipeline, reverse marketing or proactive recruitment strategies. Certificate IV in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
