We’re growing, and we need a reliable, capable operator to join us on the floor. About the Role No two days are the same. This role includes general maintenance, assisting dispatch, production and with on-site installs when required. This is a physically demanding, varied role suited to someone who takes ownership of their work and genuinely enjoys using their hands. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Performing routine equipment inspections, basic repairs, and planned preventative maintenance Keeping the warehouse and storage areas safe, clean, and compliant Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently Conducting pick-ups and deliveries to customer sites Assisting with on-site installation, measuring, and maintenance of signage products Identifying and reporting health and safety concerns promptly Operating a forklift (or willing to obtain your licence with our support) What You’ll Bring Essential: Current driver’s licence Welding experience (you’ll be using it regularly) Physical fitness and comfort with manual handling throughout the day A practical, problem-solving mindset and solid hand and power tool skills Reliability — the team depends on you showing up and following through Highly regarded: Experience in maintenance, warehousing, manufacturing, construction, or a similar hands-on environment Forklift licence (we’ll support you to get one if you don’t have it) White Card Electrical qualifications or machinery servicing/assembly background Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Why Sitemax?
