You'll be joining an embedded People Experience team that operates as a true partner to the business — not a transactional service. The role Partnering with Operations and Maintenance leaders, you'll own end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume blue collar portfolio — briefing, sourcing, screening, and placing trade and technical talent at pace. This is a busy, relationship-driven desk with real visibility across the business. Key duties: Managing end-to-end recruitment for an Operations and Maintenance portfolio with a blue collar and high-volume focus Building trusted partnerships with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and turn around quality shortlists Sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates against role requirements and team fit Delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience at every touchpoint Contributing to talent management and internal mobility initiatives across the business Key selection criteria: Proven experience in high-volume or blue collar recruitment — utilities, infrastructure, construction, or similar environments ideal Confidence managing a busy desk independently and building strong relationships with leaders A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills Comfortable working with recruitment technology and ATS platforms Relevant degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field — or equivalent industry experience If interested, please apply via seek.
