Remuneration & Pay Rates Our site rates are locked in and transparent based on your verified experience level: Experienced Blaster Painters (Dual Trade): $58.00 Per Hour Single Ticket / Less Experienced Blaster Painters: $50.00 Per Hour Trade Assistants (TA): $48.00 Per Hour Night Shift Premium: 20% Loading applies to all scheduled night shift hours.
